Kiko Goats
Kiko goats originated in New Zealand and are easy keepers and very friendly!
They have many characteristics that suit their occupation as grazing goats.
About the Breed
Origination
Kiko goats originated in New Zealand out of the need for a hardy and useful domestic breed.
The breed came about with a cross of feral goats and domestic dairy goats, making them very easy keepers but also friendly.
"Kiko"
The name Kiko comes from the Māori word for meat.
Māori are the indigenous Polynesian people of the New Zealand mainland.
Uses
Kiko goats are known for their meat, hence the name.
They grow to a finished weight in less time with fewer resources than other breeds.
Kikos on the Farm
We utilize our goats for both meat and grazing. We love that their hardiness results in an affordable meat product for our clients.
We love watching our goats use their instincts to climb rocks, hills and ravines to clear land.
Nigerian Dwarf Goats
These cuties deserve a spot in your photoshoot or yoga studio.
About the Breed
Origination
The Nigerian Dwarf breed originated in West Africa.
They were brought to America as domestic dairy goats in the mid 1900s.
Uses
Nigerian Goats are best-known on the farm as dairy producers.
Off the farm, these freindly goats can be sighted on yoga mats and in petting zoos nibbling on treats!
Every Event Needs A Goat

Please note: Goat rental for a photo session is $400/hr and includes two goats. Must be within one hour of Whitewater, WI. Not available during the winter.
