About the Breed
Origination
The Nigerian Dwarf breed originated in West Africa. They were brought to America as domestic dairy goats in the mid 1900s.
Uses
Nigerian Goats are best-known on the farm as dairy producers. Off the farm, these freindly goats can be sighted on yoga mats and in petting zoos nibbling on treats!
